Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member - Claims SpecialistROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Claims Specialist for Amanda McGinty - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help sustain our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and claims processes.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist customers through the entire claims process - including but not limited to helping them file the initial claim, following up throughout the process and communicating with repair shops / restoration companies / etc.
  • Build relationships with State Farm adjusters to establish rapport for future claims.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Experience in claim handling
  • Experiencing managing client relationships preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
  • Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)

Compensation $35,000.00 per year
